of our environmental services.
MES utilizes the latest in communications technology to insure
that our customers can reach us at all times. Our commitment
is to respond to every customer’s inquiries within one
hour.
All MES Associates will follow a strict, in-house quality
control program in order to provide the very best project
management. State of the art project management software and
techniques are utilized on all complex projects.
Customers are assured of receiving quality service by the
implementation of operational and evaluation processes to
monitor client deliverables and performance of project managers.
Building relationships begins with face to face communication.
You the client will know us and we will know you. Kim McLean,
as well as Associates of MES, will be available to provide
technical advice and answers to your questions. Keeping our
customers as current as they wish on the status of their project
is one way in which we individualize our service.
All MES Associates are degreed environmental professionals
with extensive project management experience in not only the
United States, but also in Mexico and South America. Many
MES Associates are also bilingual.
Exceeding our customer’s expectations includes beating
delivery deadlines, exceeding the ASTM standards for assessments,
completing projects under budget, and requiring that all MES
Associates pursue continuing education training. We will consistently
adhere to exceedingly high standards.
By operating as a team of associates instead of employees,
MES can hold down overhead cost. These savings are passed
on to our customers.
